Ristorante Le Grenier has been located in an old barn in Saint-Vincent since 1963. Materials such as wood, stone, fire, copper, wheat and a large fireplace create a unique locale where Aosta Valley tradition, creativity and desire to experiment come together to give guests a unique and unforgettable experience. Le Grenier has been a flagship of Saint-Vincent's gastronomic panorama for over 30 years. Renowned for our refined cuisine and elegant service, we offer dishes carefully designed by chefs Stefano and Bruno Mazzotti. We follow the seasonality and quality of our raw materials and make proposals that range from local and traditional classics, revisited in a gourmet manner, to absolutely innovative dishes in which you'll find the world's flavours and aromas.
